images, other media to various clients specific output

sent as scanned images or physically shipped to operations
via courier. Processed data is returned to source through
dedicated FTP access or communication line or couriered
back on CD-ROM or Tape.

Data is keyed and verified providing the most accurate capture
available from handwritten and typed documents such as letters,
petitions spreadsheets, etc. or already imaged documents.
We also transcribe voice to text specializing in medical and
legal transcription, conference calls, hearings, and other
corporate communications.
Our staff has provided the highest quality service to many
noted organizations.
These are a few of our accomplishments, with descriptions
of the services provided:
- Staff keyed and verified 3 to 4 edited manuscripts a week
with a 99.95% accuracy rate, for a prominent book publisher.
- Currently processing 5,000,000 lines of medical transcription
on a monthly basis.
- 40,000-50,000 LOAs (Letters of Authorization to change
long distance carriers) where keyed and verified weekly,
for a well-known communications organization. This consisted
of the name and address including city, state and zip code,
phone number, birth date of authorizing signer, date of
signature, and confirmation of signature. System edits where
in place to reject birth dates of persons under 18 years
of age. A 99.5% accuracy rate for this project was achieved.
Document Imaging and Scanning Services
Our staff has over 25 years utilizing state of the art hardware

The following steps insure timely and organized completion:
- Our staff and the client negotiate job specifications
and delivery schedule
- We arrange for pickup of source documents
- Documents are inventoried and a log is created
- Documents prepped (staples and clips removed)
- Documents scanned/imaged at requested resolution (at this
point, and if requested, Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
process is performed, and Bates stamp applied)
- Documents presented via image to data entry operators,
index keyed based on customer specifications
- All component parts are linked (image, index, bates, and
OCR text) Images and data output in client specified format(s)
- Documents are reassembled
- Documents and prepared data returned to customer
- Delivered on CD or high-speed data transfer
- Blowback (printing) of imaged documents provided if requested
